Pros & Cons
Pros
Shower head fits perfectly on grohe kitchen faucet. Replacement parts from grohe help prolong the life of its products. Only complaint is that this item is a bit pricey, but part of the price is for the brand name.
Cons
After a few years the sun degrades the rubber button cover to a sticky mess. The design of this such that you have to replace the entire handle instead of just the rubber cover, is planned obsolescence. Rubber/plastic covering is rotted.
Nearly 100 clams is exorbitant for this simple plastic faucet. Rather than have a positive valve, the stream/spray valve is spring loaded. The spray head leaks during regular stream use.
Box was delivered in an amazon wrapper but the grohe box inside was not sealed. There was no shipping manifest. The amazon service is disgusting.

My husband who is 93 replaced the old head which didn’t work and leaked in just a few minutes.
Required extra rubber ring to avoid leaking.
Price
I was pleasantly surprised to find this option for less than $50, and was happy to order a new o ring separately.
Finding this replacement part for my grohe ladylux faucet saved me the cost of having to purchase an entirely new kitchen faucet.
It was worth $100 to get my $600 facet working properly
One from our local plumbing supply house was $120 more expensive.
Shipping
I did install a new o-ring around the mating end of the delivery hose as recommended by the grohe instructions.
