Quality
It is ready to go and i am happy with the quality and operation of the light.
Upsides; construction quality is phenomenal for the price.
Im overall happy with the product honestly for 280$ light i am not dissapointed and would order again.
This light runs much cooler, only 72 degrees in the grow tent with the light at 100%.
Price
One drawback is the price is a little high for us little growers.
This is a great light for a very reasonable price.
Packaging/appearance
You get a good length of cord with it so unlike other units this one is easier to get the cord out of the way.
Would've given 5 stars if not the scuff on the driver and the coating.
Competitiveness
Only been testing for a ~month now but works really well, have been using vipar products for over 3 years now with no issues.
We own other viparspectra grow lights which have worked great for years.
Do a graph on excel and compare different units (power and brands) and compare prices.
I have other models made by viparspectra and they all have the same issue.

The light is nice and bright and not alot of heat would be 5 stars but im sure the sales description said be daisy chained and now it sounds like it cant

Bought this to replace an older led light that had overheated due to the internal fan breaking down causing a fire hazard

All leds were functional and the red and ir leds were present on the board
