Pros

Not as durable as a traditional hose but the light weight and ease of use makes up for it. The faucet head that comes with it is awesome too, a ton of options for how you want the water to come out. All good except missing spray nozzle.

Cons

It starts decaying and disintegrating an area of 2-3 feet long near the nozzle. In only a few months, for seemingly no reason, it started spurting out in several places along the hose.

The idea of expandability is great however the material that this hose is made out of is not durable at all. It is far from durable. No more expandable hoses for me.

This hoes was definitely what i needed to supply all my needs i i am happy with it

I received nothing but an apology for the defects and an assurance they stood behind their product.

I did notice though that there's a lack of water pressure with the hose.
