The design deserves praise for its modern, unobtrusive look. The digital readout is backlit, making it easy to read even in dim lighting. The scale also has a tare function, which allows you to zero out the weight of a blanket or towel.

The scale is long enough for a squirmy grandbaby. We weigh her after every pediatrician visit and it's exactly the same.

The top is smooth with slightly curved edges. The weight display becomes stationary so you do not need to keep looking at it and be afraid that it will disappear as soon as you step off.

Cons
