Pros

It is great that they have a free replacement program if you register the product. Here’s the kicker; the company has a protect 4 life program. Haven't had a need to use these, and hopefully won't.

The lock and trigger are easy to deliberately actuate while being difficult to accidentally manipulate. The button lock is easy to disengage with 1 hand.

Cons

There was zero potency. Even if my malfunction was just a fluke, i think overall this is just a bad design. Because the light is recessed, it seems that it could get easily clogged with lint or debris.

Maybe the laser is for intimidation? I dunno, but chances are your attacker isn't going to see the laser. Belt clip and key ring – not a huge fan.
