Pros
Pepper spray is a less intimidating alternative to purchasing a gun. I truly appreciate having the defensive option this product provides. I feel safer having this device and this makes me feel more secure when leaving my house.
It fits in pants pockets or carry bag pockets very well. Is discreet and fits great in my purse. Convenient size is worth it if nothing else.
Cons
Label looks like it was just thrown on with some type of sticky glue. The container is cheap and poorly constructed. No use instructions provided.

All you need to do is register on their site and if you get into an encounter send the company a copy of the police report and they will send you a replacement no questions asked

If it can be opened and refilled then it is very hard to open which is still an issue
