Ordered one for me and my daughter 1 works perfectly fine but the other is defective only thing that works is the led flashlight i fully charged it to see if that was the issue but still doesn’t work

We have had some really big dogs coming our way and i held this up and hit the button and they stopped dead in their tracks and turned and went back home

The flashlight can be engaged by junk in your purse killing the battery so a seperate pocket for it is suggested
