I find this toy sub standard.

Quality
Lovely quality elmo - has lasted a long time and is still played with now.
The child i bought it for loves it and it is of excellent quality
The toy is soft , fluffy, cuddly, good size and seems to have very tasty eyeballs as my son is constantly putting them in his mouth.
Its lovely and soft, however i have found that some of the fur has come off the toy.
Price
Great product for the price my daughter will love him
Would definitely recommend paying the little bit extra for this item as it is definitely worth it!
Value for money is no the same as the sing along with elmo bough previously for about the same price
Packaging/appearance
Smaller than expected - the supplier's description was correct though , just my expectation.

I expected lesser quality for price but was surprised that the colours didn’t fade after multiple trips to the washerdryer and the embroidery didn’t move

Little elmo is a good snuggle buddy as his eyes are fabric too unlike the cookie monster i also purchased whom has plastic eyes
