Pros
Gymnema should be taken along with other herbals over a period of two years or so. It has a sharp taste by itself but blends well once mixed down hatch.

I use other bulksupplement products and have been very satisfied with the quality and effectiveness, so i decided to give this a try.
Also with the encapsulation i've eliminated the bad taste.
I know this because of previous experience with quality gymnema.
Product reviewi cannot speak to the taste since i put them in pill form using a capsule machine.
Price
Although the previous brand worked well, the cost adds up over time.

The morning after i started the gymnema i noticed a significant reduction.
