Pros
The pad is very durable and the straps help to keep the pad from losing its shape. The padding is very soft but it is not too squishy to feel the bar. It has the perfect amount of padding and cushion to it! Easy slips on.
My neck fells so much relief! I use this for hip * workout and it works fine.
This barbell pad is amazing! It also has a super cute design so that’s a plus! It looks great, is durable, and comfortable. Not like that ugly cheap marble print.
Cons
It isn't good for hip thrusts…. It looks sturdy but idk if the foams will start to rip or crimble after a few uses?
