Pros

It's about the only thing i've found that brings relief for chigger bites other than steroid cream. It relieves pain and swelling in the tender areas. It is the best natural remedy for fissures that i have tried thus far.

The scent is lemony with hints of lavender. It has a great light scent, not medicinal or obtrusive.

Cons

Reviewer says product is more hype than healing. Used it as a hemorrhoid cream but found it to be greasy. No relief for painful hemorrhoids.
