They blend with the decor, and hold up a heavier curtain too! Holds my curtain perfectly. This one is heavy and the metallic accent is a bonus. It works, it's sturdy, and it holds a pretty hefty velvet curtain.
Cons

The last one i had was thinner and broke.
The end caps on the rod are too big to put the curtains over so i put them on before assembling.

Make sure to put the curtains on the rod before you put the 2 pieces together
