Pros
These are brighter and yield accurate beams with well defined boundary. High beams go in with no effort. Got high and low beam replacements for my wife's 2018 4runner. I was shocked at how bright they are on low beam.
As for the brightness, as with any led you may give up some distance in your lighting. After installation you may need to adjust your headlights up or down so glare for oncoming traffic is not an issue. Morimoto xb /xb hybrid or alpharex nova series.

Cons
The beam is awful in the halogen housings. In the auto or drm (daytime running mode) the high beams flicker. They also send you 4 bulbs, not sure why.
