Please be aware although i dont think the supplier intends to be misleading the unit does not come with a power supply and therefore is not

Just realize this unit only comes with t usb cable intended to plug into a 5v usb port

When you tip them to use at an angle to get to the gums the tube that sucks up the water is no longer under water so it doesn’t draw up any water
