Pros & Cons
Pros
Game changer. I slather on as much as i need to out of the shower.
The formula has no irritants and no clogging ingredients.
It’s a simple yet effective lotion if you are looking for extra moisture of the skin, pretty much an humectant moisturizer with glycerin. It keeps my skin moisturized the elasticity is amazing.
It dries quickly into the skin, and helps my face lotion absorb better. It seems to prime my face and add a boost of moisture before applying my last step. This is a moisturizing toner that you apply immediately after washing your face.
Cons
Wrong product description. Feels like glycerine and water are the main component of the lotion. I think it dries the skin if anything. It feels very oily and heavy on my skin after several hours.
Highlights
Quality
For the price, the product provides so much benefit.
At the recommendation of my dermatologist, i use it under retin-a and it completely stops flaking (but doesn't interfere with the retin-a).
The only case i cna imagine that the product does not work is for people very acne-prone, because of the butylene glycol.
Packaging/appearance
This is a wonderful hyaluronic acid lotion that actually moisturizes skin.
Competitiveness
I generally like to use more high-end products like la mer to combat dryness, and hada labo lotion could not change that.
