After unpacking discovered the outlet vent had been damaged and would not remain in the open position due to a plastic tab being broken off probably during shipping by fedex since the interior styrofoam piece over the top of the unit was compressed over the damaged area

It was shipped in the same packing as you would get when picked up at a home improvement store no overpack

The pieces for the window will not necessarily fit

Its a fairly normal window and there was no way to make it fit

Theres not a lot of leeway when you do get it to fit as the space is very very small for error or maneuvering

The clips that hold the exhausts in place butt right up against the pieces and they tend to push on those clips and disconnect the exhausts from the window piece
