This glue is also difficult to wash out of clothing which makes sense as it has to be waterproof so sweat doesnt loosen them

Also make sure to position them correctly in the shirt which is a case of trial and error

Placing them a little off center will render the pads useless and the shirt will still appear wet with sweat
