Pros
This is the only shampoo i can use. It’s soft, silky, and never greasy. It lathers up nicely. The conditioner is also good.
Cons
This is unacceptable. Very dissatisfied. Will never go back to my old shampoo. Return policy doesn't accept opened merchandise.

For the price tag & my long hair, it is pricey, but the quality is worth it.
I like the results i get with the shampoo and conditioner.
So clearly i cannot use this product.
The last couple of times i have ordered, i have had to put the product in a separate container.
Packaging/appearance
The shampoo itself is a thicker consistency so it actually stays in your hand when you squeeze it out instead of washing down the drain!
Hope the packaging has been corrected as i do like the products.
Competitiveness
I’ve tried a lot of fancy non-organic products in the past and this is one of the best schampoos ever for me.
Much better shampoo than those featured at high price hotels.

There is no scent so don’t expect it to be like those fruity scented shampoos

If i use the wrong kind of shampoo and conditioner very much it weights down my hair leaving it looking limp and lifeless

My hair needs a lot of moisture tends to be dry and frizzy in the ends and can get a little greasy by the roots
