I have type 4 hair very thick and course this thing made it pin straight with 1 pass 2 you get pin straight used to take me over a hour to straighten my hair it took me only 35 mins you can curl or straighten mine came with 2 hair clips which i needed and a glove def need to use that on high temp it heats up super fast and the cool thing you can see itnice digital display and if you travel out of the country the cord detaches you push down the silver ring and push it in or take out very small peref t for travel rate this 100
