This has not extended my time between washes.
Price
I end up purchasing directly from the hair story site for about ten bucks less, without the unnecessary brush.
$50 for 1 month of product doesn’t make much sense when function of beauty custom costs the same for 3 products that last me 6 months.
The amount of product that shoulder or longer hair is too much making the product cost prohibitive.
You don’t get much for the high price and you have to use a large amount for each wash.

The first and only time to date i've used it, because i got it 4 days ago, i was skeptical at best.
Packaging/appearance
I agree with other customers that the packaging is awkward and inconvenient, and that you need to be able to re-order without the brush.
