Pros
The memory foam is sturdy enough not to flatten out. It has a very form fitting, outer cover, that zippers off for washing. Affordable and not cheaply made.
Cons
The material is scratchy and became full of small balls after only a couple of uses. It is not wide enough to offer the kind of support i needed and it is too inflexible. It reduces blood flow because it is very hard under the knees.

I was looking for a lumbar pillow that would fit in my office chair but it was not only too long so it couldnt fit in the chair but also too deep for my back

I ended up returning it but if you are a larger person and arent trying to fit it into a narrow space like an office chair it could work for you
