The removable reservoir is convenient, the coffee tastes great, and it will stay warm upto 4 hours. Coffee stays fresh and never gets that burnt taste because it isn't sitting on the heater.

When my last coffee pot quit working, i opted for another. The water reservoir is easy to fill at the sink, no mess pouring water into the machine. Slow brewing but worth the wait.

This is frustrating. Mama bear and no coffee. Flaw in the design causes unimaginable frustration and very limited product life of maybe a year. The engineer who design this are experts in timed failure to improve repurchasing.

The dispensing button breaks without much pressure! High temperature is well known to deteriorate the strength of plastic.
