The removable reservoir is convenient, the coffee tastes great, and it will stay warm upto 4 hours. It has a keep warm timer that goes up to 4 hours and the coffee actually stays hot!

It’s the noisiest * coffee maker we’ve ever owned. This is the 3rd one we have bought in the last 10 years.

Cons

Just chock it up as a loss. It is a shame that hb won't fix this flaw. The engineer who designed this are experts in timed failure to improve repurchasing.

Keep looking and save yourself water cleanup, spilled coffee or worse yet. It's leaked about 2 cups while brewing. The factory stripped half the screws holding the plate to the warming reservoir so it sits lower on one side.

The dispensing button breaks without much pressure! Pushing that bar should force the plastic lever b toward the front of the unit. At first, it seems the lever b fails by no longer making contact with the valve.
