I ordered it wednesday around 10 am and had it by thursday afternoon incredible

It is pretty similar in functionality to a non stick surface and it does not need to be seasoned as you usually do with cast iron skillets

The enamel on the skillet looks great and allows for easy cooking with little cleanup
