The iron plate stays on during steaming, so i didn't want the heat from that to be too much for the fabric i was steaming. I still love my iron and my negative is only that it's time consuming to steam.

Lightweight, compact and portable. It is ergonomically easy to manage and i like the handle.

This is suitable for getting wrinkles out of a pucci scarf that you cannot iron, for example. For light jobs, it works great! Usually this brand it's been good for years. The iron works well and does not leave water spots on my clothes.

This iron is pretty terrific! Good quality. It's worth checking out. Overall a great addition to the household.

The steam only comes from the top steam nozzle. Steam is very poor, very small iron and even worse; requires constant refilling. The pillowcase is now in the trash along with the iron.

The guage for heating is inadequate. I am mortified at the rust color the water splatter in my sheets. I iron heavy uniform khaki pants and shirts, and it wasn't heavy enough for those items to get a good press.
