Pros

This toaster works great! It toasts the bread i use perfectly, the old one couldn't do it, and the temperature settings on it never worked. Makes my bagels extra toasted just how i like them.

It works satisfactorily. The price is reasonable. I hope it lasts. This is a well known brand.

Cons

This one right out of the gate is toasts uneven. Only one side of the toaster heats up when you hold the button down. Now only heats on 1 side. Even on 2 setting, toast is too burnt.

The warranty is worthless because i have to pay for shipping both ways. Don't buy.

The controls are so-so. The engineer should be fired, its a defect and there is no recourse. Stay away - safety hazard.
