Pros & Cons
Pros

Hamilton beach professional slice toaster works as it it toasts bread. The reheat feature is great if you want to reheat a previously toasted item without getting it darker. It warms the rest of it resulting in the perfect crisp and chew.
Slide out crumb tray makes it a breeze to clean out the crumbs. Four slots with separate controls are great to reduce morning breakfast bottlenecks. The slots are 5 1/2” long, but the slots are also deep, somewhere near 5”, to accommodate the longer a... Read More
Today’s toasters need to be cranked almost all of the way up to get a dark toast. The hamilton beach toasts everything perfectly once you learn where to put the dial for the setting you desire. It is pretty aggressive on the toasting however.
It has a crumb tray that is easily removed and cleaned. It's easy to clean inside with two separate crumb trays. There are few places for dirt and grime to accumulate.
Cons
The toaster is toasting unevenly. The bagel feature does not work. The warranty link takes it to hamilton website, so apparently amazon is not responsible for warranties.
