Pros

The slots are large enough for sour dough bread. It fits their bagels and the longer cuts of bread.

Cons

The design of the racks that hold the toast is flawed in several ways. It burns everything on the bottom, and barely worms it up on top. The crumb tray fits poorly and the toaster leaks crumbs out of the bottom.

Do yourself a favor and skip this toaster. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Lasted only 4 months. The manual says 1 year limited warranty.

The slot design of this toaster is terrible. Cheap thin metal with nicks and manufacturing kinks. Let's just call a *, a * here, this thing is junk.
