Pros
Just seared my first steak on my grill. Love the sear feature and cover. Grills everything perfectly.
Easy to clean but remember to flip the back side of the grill over, that takes a green scrubby to clean.
Cons
This item is not suitable for a continues use. Also they are not replaceable or refundable after a month. Hb refuses to respond to my request to buy a new lid. I'm so disgusted to have paid so much and have it work once.

The cord is the shortest i've ever seen on any appliance so you are limited to where you can move it on your countertop. The grill has no on/off switch.

Best grill i have ever had, amazing product.
Easy to assemble, easy to clean, easy to use and steaks turned out delicious.
Only 4 pieces and they all go together like they were made for each other!
If you put it in a dishwasher the tray will warp even if put on the top shelf.
Price
This little inexpensive dandy is awesome sauce.
After placing my order i saw amazon offer it for $5 less; so i cancelled the original and chose the cheaper price.
It serves the purpose of this great price.
Was going to get smokeless grill 3x price of this one $100 plus tax.
Packaging/appearance
We accepted it and unboxed it and there were a few scratches at the back of the product but nothing bad.
I tore that box open, i got a paper cut, but screw it, let the blood flow!
Competitiveness
The reviews show the cuisinart and hamilton beach--both excellent products--as about equal.
There are no buttons or clasps to deal with like the cuisinart 5 in 1.
Still i am looking for the same brand but smaller.
