Pros

It cooks evenly and food is moist. Grease collects in the little cup. Evenly cooks, perfect size for up to 4 people. Great for making hamburger sandwiches.

Although it doesn't have removable plates it still cleans up fairly easy. Keep it open when cooling and wipe it down before it dries too much.

Cons

Water pools inside on the bottom and the top behind the plates then drips/pours out as you turn it. Definately not the easy wipe to clean as shown in the instructions.

The wimpy grill is not hot enough. Takes too long to cook a regular size burger patty. Only works with a foreman grill.

When supposedly fully preheated and cooking it is actually not cooking. No temp control, just on and off. There isn't even an on or off switch, just plug it in to turn it on.
