Pros
Only issue is that sometimes the bread may be a bit overdone before the cheese melts. Very easy to use and clean just temperature control is not perfect sometime my sandwich burn sometimes perfectly grilled.
The colour on box doesnt do it justice, it is a rich metallic red! Best panini press. No problem so far.
Cons
Just another grill. It's flimsy and doesn't feel solid. Didn't even last 60 days. Even when their warranty specifically states that they will replace the malfunctioning item with another.

Actually my old machine was working too slow like it was making 2 sandwiches per 30 minutes, such a headache.

The only issue was that there was no temperature control and it frequently heats up too fast to toast the bread to a good color
