Pros

One of the best gadgets in the kitchen. Enjoy your breakfast.

Easy to use and easy to cleanup afterwards as it is constructed using nonstick technology on the cooking surface. Clean up is easy. I just throw them in the sink with soapy water and they wipe off easily!

Pre-cooked sausage patties seem to work the best. Set the timer to 4. Minutes for the sausage patty.

Cons

First off, any cooking unit that is hard powered on when plugging it in is a poor design. The appliance doesn't actually heat up anymore, so it's just basic garbage.

The eggs tend to leak. Who toasts the outside of english muffins? The egg plates are not as clean and easy to remove and merge with the sandwich, as advertised.

Food-poisoning nightmare. Comes out runny. The coating comes off after being use for 10 months only.

It did not arrive after waiting long past the delivery date.

After this, the delivery guy for a subsequent amazon delivery said my account was flagged for a potentially false claim.

I ordered an "open box" item that was previously returned.

Competitiveness

This product cost $50 and the product it makes is sooooo good and far better then the commercial one that had little bacon and cheese.

The end result is a breakfast sandwich that is just as good, if not better than the fast food ones.
