Pros

Non-stick surface, cleans well and is versatile with the extra plate. Easy to use and control temp, the plates are dishwasher safe. The only downside is temperature matching on the top plate.

Clean up was super simple and easy. The oil/fat container is big enough to handle it and it is not fragile. It meets its need and cleanup is great.

I hope a newer hb 4 in 1 grill will include a timer. By far better than the foreman. The hb is 80/20 angus.

Cons

Amazon frowns on too many returns, but these products should not pass quality checks. I was mortified and embarrassed. Won't buy hb again.

The part of the grease collector tray where the hot grease falls on, developed a crack. The tray is now useless. The lid is very wonky and feels cheap.

Cord is way too short. Does not have on or off button, simply plug it in. You have to unplug it to turn it off. Thermostat control is useless.

This is the fifth panini/grill combination that i have purchased and had to 4 cuisinart griddlers and this hamilton beach! Doesn't grill it cooks. Great for bacon if you'd like a glorified bacon cooker.

The temperature control is accurate, the plates large enough to cook on.

I had to use it a few times and turn the temperature down but it cooks evenly and is easy to clean!

Bought this device less then 2 months ago and the removable drip tray has already cracked and leaks.

The lights no longer work and although it will heat, no longer gets to full temperature.

I bought this as a used/very good item for half the price.

Relatively cheap on their web page, $5.

For the money, i am sure it will be fine.

We use this product the day it arrived.

More like 6 to 7 minutes so it was fast at 375 degrees.

Packaging/appearance

It looked as if the original box was damaged and they just pulled the contents and put it into a new box.

The only other thing that to me is misleading, is on the box it shows 6 burgers on it.
