Pros
The bread in white bread mode is much lighter and fluffier than my previous breadmaker from another brand. This is the best lower price gluten free breadmachine as it only has one kneading cycle. Cleaning is easy.

Cons
It is impossible to reach them and claim warranty. The customer service 1-800 number refers back to the website.
The kneading paddle is extremely noisy and does not knead properly. The motor needs a looking at but as this is new i am not crazy about opening it up.
The breadpan/paddle function is unusable and they don't sell parts. The dough wasn't kneaded enough or left to rise long enough. My other units are * and decker and they make more consistently.

While kneading the dough the machine moves around as few inches which is normal, but this makes the 2 foot cord completely unacceptable.

I usually throw it in first thing in the morning and then when the dough is done i stretch and pull and do an hour rise on the counter before baking in the oven

My grandfather used the same one for 4 years it even fell off the counter 3 times and still worked until the last fall

So make sure you put on a counter far from the edge and watch it because when its kneading the bread it tends to move alot
