Pros
This is the best lower price gluten free breadmachine as it only has one kneading cycle. I prefer a taller/longer loaf but that is personal preference. Very happy with this handsomely designed breadmaker.
Easy to use, clean up and the flavour of the bread is good. My old bread maker still works perfectly.
Cleaning is easy peasy. The hardest part is to try and eat less. The only thing is that if you're not careful with the lid it can come off.
Cons
Buyer beware. You have been warned. Not sure whether it is hamilton beach's lemon or that it was so damaged, it was unable to perform properly.
The kneading paddle keeps coming off during the bread-making cycle. The pan only lasts 150 uses before the peg falls out of the bottom.
It is impossible to reach them and claim warranty. The customer service 1-800 number refers back to the website.

Got this one for the first time and tried with a random ingredients exchange with some missed items and choose number 8 as sweet bread cause i put a bit of sugar in there

The bread is soft choose dark crust so the crust crispy but inside is really soft

So after the mixing of ingredients was done i changed the setting to bake which allows for 1 hour

The pound cake needs 70 minutes which required a reset to bake 10 minutes longer and i watched the time to stop the machine
