The pot itself looks sleek and isn't gigantic, which is great. The skewers themselves seam really cheap, but i can buy other ones so no big deal. It’s pretty sturdy.
It heats up quickly, and we can control the temperature safely. What’s nicely without scalding and keeps at an even temperature.
This is my first fondue pot and i am really happy with it. It heats up easily with the temperature control device and then keeps the fondue melted.
Cons
The cord is too short and keeps coming unattached from the fondue pot since it is only held on by a magnet. Perhaps this is a safety issue but it was too easy to disconnect it if you came anywhere close to the cord, or knocked it. This is only good fo... Read More

It is well made, easy to use, and does exactly what it is supposed to do.
The increased volume is a nice improvement and the breakaway power cord is a welcome new safety feature.
It is light weight and is not secure on the pot so even a light touch will displace it.
That unit attaches magnetically to the port on the pot & seems trouble free.
Price
This fondue set is a fabulous value for the price!
Overall it is easily worth 4 stars as i think that the price is quite reasonable.
