I love the hamilton beach convection oven but the whole oven gets hot you cannot touch the oven at all the worst part about it is the door when you try and open the door you will burn your hand if youre not careful i have many burns on my hand from trying to open the door on the oven something needs to be done to prevent this from happening i hope hamilton beach reads this there has to be something that can be done to prevent burning fingers when you try opening the oven please let me know if there is something that can be done about this problem

Bought this to replace 23 year old bd toaster oven that died due to a short on the motherboard

After sixmonths of use the bd lettering that indicated which button was for which function wore off making it guess work as to what function you had selected

The knobs on the hb while not as easy to activate are not prone to having the dial data removed through use

Not so good cheap feeling mechanical knobs instead of led controls limit precision and can be hard to manipulate especially when hands are wet
