The mat gray color is nice. It is not as compact as i hoped but the pros out weigh the cons.

The rollover door design is a nice space-saver. The angled-back door and front panel surface provide us much easier access to reach the toasted or baked items on the rack. The old one would often angle down or fall down completely and spill the items.... Read More

This oven works perfectly. Great place to park a heated stove pan that just needs a passive place to warm. Usually use parchment paper on my pans. The oven itself with crumb tray, etc.

Love the analog knobs instead of digital— much less to go wrong. Clear, readable, contrasting markings on the stainless panel. Each dial also has curved ergo recesses on them.

Cons

One side of the unit produces burnt food while the other barely bakes. The insert tray for baking is disgusting.

Started overheating. Suddenly doesn't heat same foods evenly. Convection fan is super noisy at times.

First annoying problem is the ultra short cord. The cord gets very hot all the way up to the outlet. Who plugs in their toasters with the controls facing the wall?

Temperature gauge is way off and it just gets hotter and hotter and your food will burn if you don’t watch over it constaintly
