Pros

Well built with quality materials. Does not feel tinny like others trialed before. This is worth every penny and then some. Aside from the stains on the tray getting worse, no issues here.

Fits regular dr. Oetker ristorante/casa di mama frozen pizzas due to the curved back. Huge improvement from my 15 year old black&decker that just barely fit 4 slices of your regular loaf of sandwich bread.

I like that there is a removable crumb tray. Easy to clean with crumbs. Easy pull out tray is very helpful.

Never used convection again, just bake, toast and broil. It toasts my breadwell. Very sturdy and fast to cook with.

Cons

First, the outside of this toaster oven gets very hot during use - including the parts you're supposed to be able to touch, like the control knobs! This is unacceptable. Secondly - it * at making toast.
