Pros
Good timer, relevant heating selections. Still looks new, no discoloration etc. I line the bottom crumb tray with aluminum foil to help keep it clean. My old one needs replacing with something similar primarily for baking & convection use.
The oven has a cool looking curved glass lid that i like. The only thing it doesn't have is a light inside.
Cons
It is so cumbersome and poorly designed i hate it. I was turned off by hb's tepid customer service. I am ever hopeful the seller will remedy this. Contacted manufacturer to only get run around and still no replacement for refund.

It takes forever to get even the slightest color on the bread. It toasts and broils so incredibly unevenly, too. The mechanical timer is basically useless for toasting.
The controls are tight tiny little knobs with microscopic print. The “adjustment” is a tiny fraction of a turn of the dial. The knobs are hard to turn and difficult to see.

The only negative so far is that it was marketed to toast 6 slices at once but you have to squeeze the bread to fit 6 regular sandwichsize slices in this thing

I’ve baked potatoes in it baked corn bread breaded shrimp warmed many lunches and of course toasted bread
