I first hesitated to buy that product because the raclette grill i had before cost me double almost 10 years ago so i was afraid that the quality might not be as good as my prior one

The only shortcoming for me is that the element does not get hot enough so grilling or trying to melt the raclette cheese takes longer than i would like
