Pros

I still use it regularly, but only half as often, and it still works reliably. My only complaint is the appearance. This way i have two in case hb decides not to make them anymore.

Cleaning is easy with the removable pot. I use reynolds slow cooker liners to make cleaning even easier.

Cons

The base is light weight but it has jagged screws sticking out of the bottom. I'd blame hamilton beach for this, this is my own fault. Completely dissatisfied.

The quality of the crock is not that great, for example, the enamel coating clearly has bubbles in it. Even tho it says 6 quarts is actually on 5 quarts.

The thermostat is this is junk. Won't keep food above 165 degrees.

Used with a bag it is even easier to clean than the older models.

Overall, it looks like it's been through hell (it has), but it still works like a champion.
