Buyer beware. Of course, no warranty coverage. This time getting a refund.

This is the worst crockpot i've ever had. To open the lid, you have to undo the latch at the front, and as soon as it releases, you get steam burns all over your fingers.

Very reasonably priced and a terrific product.

This was bought as a christmas gift for my daughter, she wanted one with the locking lid to take to work on occasions.

But i replaced it with the exact same thing so that should tell you that i like it.

If you use this with the "crockpot bag liners" you will find cleaning it so easy it almost seems like you don't have to at all.

Was worried about that until i saw the vents in the lid.
