I have noticed that it doesnt seem to cook 100 evenly throughout the pot but i think that may be because i usually cook 2 qt meals i cook for myself only but i think if you prepare full 6 qt meals it should be fine

For example if i have 4 quarts of food in the pot there is no reason i can’t select either the 2quart setting or the 6quart setting for that 4 quarts of food
