super-short power cord is a nuisance. Worst of it intermittently shuts off if you touch it or move it after it starts. The machine is totally worthless.

The crock holds 5 quarts of water, not 6 quarts. It takes 90 minutes to reach 150˚f when half full of water and even longer when full of food. The slow cooker feels tinny and food sticks to the crock. You can't cook more than one quart of water in thi... Read More

User interface design is idiotic because of the difficulty programming the cooking cycle. The lcd is difficult to read when setting the cook times and temperatures because the backlight is not on. To set up it requires a flashlight to see the display.... Read More

Everything fits well, and seems to be of good quality.

Hard to push and almost impossible to read the display.

The low heat setting is not very low so if you need a simmer setting, stay away from this product.

Price

So far i really think it is worth the extra cost.

Totally worth it if you want home cooked food with way less prep time.

I opted for the like new option, saving around 15 dollars.

Bottom line: i pay for all my stuff, just like you do - with hard earned dollars.

The box showed up in very ugly condition but the crockpot is in good condition and works great!
