Pros

It makes ye olde crock pot a lot more useful, in the same way the instant pot did for the pressure cooker. There was no boiling like my old crockpot and the roast was fully cooked to my liking in 7 hrs. Always have liked the latch-down lid too.

Cons

It takes multiple attempts pressing them for them to work when trying to set a program. The loud beep while setting it up is ear piercing and annoying(instruction book would be helpful).

This crockpot is useless. The lockable lid causes air to build up under the liner making it bunch up against its contents. Steams billows out which can damage my newly painted cabinets.

Led display is so dimly lit that you can not see it unless you cup your hands over the display. It's like an old calculator where only some portion of the digits show. Can barely read the illuminated display on the panel.
