The lid locking mechanism works well and release valve is safe. The only criticism is the lid locking which is initially difficult to figure out.

The included paper manual is excellent for explaining how to use this pressure cooker. It cleans easily. Clean up is a breeze and it compliments every kitchen because it's so darn cute.

It's no big deal to me, definitely not a deal breaker. To find out more information, you need to go on their website which is inconvenient. It saves time.

The rice/risotto option is great. My family eats a lot of rice. Just throw your ingredients in and let it cook for you.

Cons

Buy the real thing, not an imposter. Now i have to fire up the oven and cook my meal that way because the hb pressure cooker lid no longer fits. Save your money.
