Quality
The lid heats up quickly, and its powerful fan does a great job of circulating air all around the food.
Undersized basket aside, this air fryer works really well, maybe even better than some of the standalone ones i’ve used.
The lid does not need to latch onto anything, or seal up like a pressure cooker, or interact with the other appliance’s controls.
I had an air fryer 15 years or so ago when they just came out and ended up giving it away because we disliked it so much.

For the price of this lid, a little overview with cooking times would have been a nice gesture.

You kind of have to store it in the box because of the bottom and the box is as large as a box for an appliance would be.
Competitiveness
Personally, i like it better than the ip air fryer lid that i never decided to buy after trying out my friends af lid.

Like its look and all but i dont particularly like how fried foods like fish come out they dont crisp up like they do in a regular air fryer unit vortex

At first i figured maybe the 8qt inner pot is too low for proper air frying so the next time i used the 6qt pot and it didnt do that much better

At first i thought something was missing for on the product box pic it shows a screen like piece under the elements on lid but there is actually not one
