I'm very impressed with how long it has stayed nice for how much i use it. It's super easy to use, clean & it’s small enough to fit in my bakers rack with space to spare. Not complicated or over engineered.

If you like risotto, this is the easiest way to make it. Steamed cod and rice. Ramen noodles and vegetables. Easy noodle soups.

When i made four cups, the bottom of the rice is always blackish/brown. The rice is not cooked evenly, one side is undercooked while the other is overcooked. If you are making more than 2 cups of rice, the water pushes out the top.

The company offers a one year warranty and if i want it replaced or repaired, i am responsible for shipping and handling costs for having their unreliable product shipped back to them. Do not recommend. Keep searching and buy something else.

I am embarrassed that this product did not work. It's past the deadline for returning so it feels like i threw my money in the garbage.
