Pros

This is one of those products that you think is gonna be just ok because of the low price, but it's actually quite good. Because it's ceramic, i have some concern about breaking/chipping it, so i make sure to take care when cleaning it.

It's very non-stick on its own and heats up evenly and very quickly. Cooks evenly all over. The only complaint, if i must, is the temperature controller.

"what a cool griddle. We have griddles in the kitchen at work which have the non-stick coating" a gutter on the side for run-off.

Cons

I am soooooo disappointed. It's not worth purchasing. And, no it's not copper!

The box was quite damaged on this one, but the griddle was perfectly protected while packed inside.
